We ship via DHL, UPS and USPS. Once your shipment is tendered to the carrier we are no longer in control and questions regarding delays, tracking, delivery, or lost packages must be directed to DHL, UPS and or the USPS.  All claims for damage or losses must be filed by the recipient with the carrier.
