Shipping & Returns

We ship via DHL, UPS and USPS. Transit times following the production process can range from 3-14 business days depending on your proximity to our distribution warehouse and the level of service selected at checkout.  Please note that the below transit times are in addition to the required production time needed to produce your items.

Warrior 12’s shipping terms are FOB: Origin. Once your shipment is tendered to the carrier we are no longer in control and questions regarding delays, tracking, delivery, or lost packages must be directed to DHL, UPS and or the USPS.  All claims for damage or losses must be filed by the recipient with the carrier.

I was so impressed with how product looked in advertisement. Was even more elated when I received the finished work of art. I'm giving my daughter hers for Christmas. I'll keep mine hidden away. I'd like to really surprise her. What did I get: the plaque that sits in its own stand. It's about the full armor of God from Ephesians in the Bible. It is absolutely 💯 👌 an honor to have one each my name and the other in my daughter's name.

Ordered July 17, delivered August 18. Very shoddy work as you can see from the picture. Scratches. What a disappointment. Unfortunately made in China not USA as I thought. Never again!

It took so long for it to come that I thought they had lost my order; but it cam and I really love it. I am an African American woman and the plaque is so encouraging to me. It took almost a month and a half to receive these beautiful plaques. I would have given them 5 stars, if the little block stands would have been sanded to be clear pieces of plastic. As it is, they are not clear and don't look quite as good as I know they could have looked. The pictures of the warriors are all very good. I ordered 5 different ones, and will love giving them as gifts for anther time, since they arrived so far after Christmas. I will most likely order again, as they are almost exactly what I was looking for.

The product (plaques) met my expectations. I actually love them. However, the process for receiving them was not a good experience. I ordered them on July 17th and did not receive them until August 30th. The tracking system was completely useless. I will say, everytime I emailed to get an update I did get a respectful, courteous reply, but I was basically promised my package was coming soon. I started to wonder if I had ordered from a scam website. Thank you for the product that was promised. It did not disappoint, but the turnaround time and tracking was not good at all.
